About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting and financial functions. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and execute financial strategies aligning with the goals of each business unit to support growth and sustainability.

  • • Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

  • • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

  • • Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and manage annual budgets.

  • • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.

  • • Coordinate external audits and lead inventory audits to optimize operational efficiency.

  • • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • • 10-20 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.

  • • Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • • Experience in GST and other tax and statutory compliances.

  • • Proficiency in the latest accounting software.

  • • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • • Strategic mindset with the ability to provide financial insights and contribute to the company's overall strategy.

  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Role Overview:
