Chief Financial Officer

As an accomplished CFO at DS Group's Confectionery Division, your role will involve providing strategic financial leadership. You will be a strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership, advising on financial strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and margin enhancement. Your responsibilities will include leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in alignment with business goals. You will oversee finance, accounting, Ind-AS compliance, audits, internal controls, and governance frameworks. Additionally, you will manage taxation, treasury, working capital, cash flows, and capex planning. It will be your responsibility to drive robust MIS, KPI dashboards, ERP/SAP optimization, and digital finance initiatives. You will also interface with auditors, advisors, lenders, and external stakeholders, providing support for capital market-related initiatives as required.
