About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Your role will involve developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and audits. Additionally, you will provide financial insights for business decisions, lead the finance and accounts team, and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA)

  • • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance

  • • Excellent leadership and analytical skills

  • • Experience in handling large-scale financial operations
  • Preferred Skills:

  • • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability

  • • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • The company offers a competitive salary based on experience and provides food as a benefit. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate and construction industry.
