About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Greentech MW in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in leading the company's finance function and supporting its growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the financial strategy aligned with business objectives, leading financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. - Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and decision-making. - Drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, and profitability initiatives.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.

• Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and the Board.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, receivables, payables, and fixed assets.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.

• Lead debt management, fundraising, and capital allocation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, taxation, and corporate governance requirements.

• Support business leaders with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
• Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
