About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Shills Professional, you will not be just managing accounts but rather driving strategic finance and capital at scale. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy aligned with aggressive growth, taking ownership of P&L, cash flow, profitability, and unit economics across D2C & marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, inventory optimization, and building scalable financial systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for fundraising readiness and investor communication if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop financial strategy aligned with aggressive growth

  • • Take complete control over P&L, cash flow, and profitability

  • • Manage unit economics across D2C & marketplaces

  • • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation

  • • Optimize inventory & working capital

  • • Implement financial systems, MIS, and real-time dashboards

  • • Prepare for fundraising and manage investor communication

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • 1825+ years of experience in FMCG / Beauty / D2C / E-commerce

  • • Proven track record in scaling businesses

  • • Deep understanding of marketing-driven growth economics

  • • Ability to balance growth vs profitability

  • • High ownership mindset with decision-making clarity

  • • Strong leadership skills, challenging the status quo, and leading from the front
