About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Marine Shipping / Offshore Services industry, your primary role will involve overseeing financial management, accounts, tax compliance, treasury and banking operations, cost control, reporting, and providing strategic financial leadership. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing financial operations and accounts

• Ensuring compliance with TDS and Direct Tax regulations

• Overseeing GST and Indirect Tax compliance

• Managing treasury functions and banking relationships

• Implementing MIS, cost control measures, and reporting systems

• Providing strategic financial guidance to the organization

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your role will include:

• Ensuring accuracy in vendor reconciliations and timely settlements

• Optimizing cash flow efficiency through vendor credit terms and treasury management

• Timely submission of MIS, audits, and statutory filings

• Reduction in operational costs through effective financial control

• Ensuring timely compliance with TDS and GST regulations
