As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your role will involve leading and managing the entire finance function of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals• Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team• Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling• Overseeing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and MIS• Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements• Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization• Leading debt and equity fundraising initiatives• Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors• Structuring project financing and optimizing capital structure• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance norms• Overseeing audits (internal, statutory, and regulatory)• Identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies• Monitoring project budgets, cost control, and profitability analysis• Ensuring financial discipline across multiple residential projects• Supporting land acquisition decisions through financial due diligence• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing finance and accounts team• Implementing best practices, systems, and controls for scalabilityKey Requirements:
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory• Experience: Minimum 15+ years in finance, with significant exposure to real estate or infrastructure sector• Proven experience in fundraising, project finance, and financial strategy• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, taxation, and compliance• Leadership experience managing large finance teams• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPlease note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.
