About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your role will involve leading and managing the entire finance function of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Developing and executing the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals

  • • Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team

  • • Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling

  • • Overseeing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and MIS

  • • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements

  • • Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

  • • Leading debt and equity fundraising initiatives

  • • Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors

  • • Structuring project financing and optimizing capital structure

  • • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance norms

  • • Overseeing audits (internal, statutory, and regulatory)

  • • Identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies

  • • Monitoring project budgets, cost control, and profitability analysis

  • • Ensuring financial discipline across multiple residential projects

  • • Supporting land acquisition decisions through financial due diligence

  • • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing finance and accounts team

  • • Implementing best practices, systems, and controls for scalability
  • Key Requirements:

  • • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

  • • Experience: Minimum 15+ years in finance, with significant exposure to real estate or infrastructure sector

  • • Proven experience in fundraising, project finance, and financial strategy

  • • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, taxation, and compliance

  • • Leadership experience managing large finance teams

  • • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
