Financial Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives.• Support expansion plans including new stores, marketplaces, and digital growth.• Provide financial inputs on pricing, margins, channel mix, and product profitability.Financial Operations & Reporting:
• Oversee accounting, book closure, and financial reporting processes.• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.• Establish strong monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS frameworks.Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control:
