About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Finance at a matured sports technology company based in Chennai, your role will be crucial in leading the financial strategy to drive global scaling of the business. You will work closely with the founding team to ensure financial excellence at the exciting intersection of sports and innovation.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis - Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance - Manage investor relations and support fundraising initiatives

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team

• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and financial discipline

• Partner with leadership on business growth, strategy, and M&A opportunities
Required Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI - Mandatory
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles

• Proven experience as CFO / VP Finance in technology or high-growth organizations

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, FP&A, and strategic planning

• Exposure to IPO processes and listed company operations will be an added advantage
