About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Accounting & Finance at IndiaTechProjects India, the Global Capability Center (GCC) of Dice IT Solutions LLC (USA), you will play a crucial role in leading financial strategy, accounting, compliance, and governance for both TechProjects India and Techpojects USA. Your expertise in Indian statutory compliance, inter-company accounting, and reporting to a US parent organization will be essential for success in this senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes - Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS - Manage statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and liaise with auditors and regulators

  • • Handle inter-company accounting, transfer pricing coordination, and US parent reporting

  • • Oversee payroll, PF, ESI, gratuity, and employee reimbursements

  • • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • • Manage banking relationships, cash management, and internal financial controls

  • • Build and lead the finance and accounting team in India

  • • Support leadership with strategic financial insights and decision-making

    • Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory (ICMA / CMA may be considered with strong experience)

  • • 12-20 years of experience in finance and accounting

  • • Prior experience in IT Services, GCC, or MNC environment

  • • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, and transfer pricing

  • • Experience working with US-based parent companies

  • • Hands-on experience with accounting systems (Tally and QuickBooks, etc.)

  • • Strong communication skills and leadership capability
