The Role
We are looking for a veteran Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a deep track record of success. This is a strategic leadership role designed for an expert who has already "seen it all" and can provide mature, grounded financial stewardship. **We actively encourage applications from retired professionals (aged 55.) who possess the wisdom and experience to guide a growing MedTech firm.
Key Responsibilities**

• Strategic Fiscal Leadership: Direct the financial strategy to support Genotronics' expansion into government projects and new regional markets.

• Capital . Asset Management: Oversee the working capital requirements for high-value inventory, such as respiratory and endoscopy equipment.

• Receivables Oversight: Implement rigorous protocols for outstanding collections, particularly managing timelines for high-volume hospital accounts.

• Investment . Portfolio Management: Advise on corporate investments and monitor the financial health of the organization’s portfolio.

*Mentorship: Act as a senior advisor to the Director and provide guidance to the management team.
Candidate Requirements**

• Experience: A proven track record in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent) in a medium-to-large organization.

• Maturity Profile: Candidates should be above 55 years of age. We value the stability and experience that comes with a long-standing career.

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or a similar high-level credential.

• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Medical Technology, Healthcare, or Industrial Distribution is highly preferred.

*Skillset: Exceptional expertise in debt management, tax compliance, and long-term financial planning.
