About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, you will be responsible for managing the financial actions, ensuring financial health, and compliance with laws and regulations. Your role will involve strategic decision-making and overseeing various financial aspects of the organization.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making - Provide insights to drive strategic initiatives

  • • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and fund management

  • • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure cost control and profitability

  • • Maintain accurate financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, taxation, and audits

  • • Collaborate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to meet financial requirements
  • • Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish internal controls

  • • Implement governance frameworks to manage risks effectively
  • • Lead and develop the finance and accounts team

  • • Drive performance, efficiency, and growth within the department
  • • Present financial reports to board members and stakeholders

  • • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and partners effectively
  • Qualification Required: - Strong financial and analytical skills

  • • Strategic thinking and leadership ability

  • • Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and corporate laws

  • • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

  • • High level of integrity and accountability
  • This is a permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 34,805.43 to 80,000.00. Additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.
