About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a European-headquartered global industrial manufacturing organization listed on the Indian Stock Exchange, your role will be pivotal in driving financial governance, profitability, enterprise value, and sustainable growth. You will be partnering closely with the Managing Director India, Global CFO, Board of Directors, and Private Equity / Institutional Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead all finance functions including Accounting, Audit, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, FP&A, and Internal Controls - Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across India & APAC - Partner with MD & leadership team on strategic planning, capital allocation, and monthly business reviews

  • • Lead capital-raising initiatives (equity, debt, structured finance) and strategic transactions

  • • Strengthen cash flow management, revenue recognition, governance, and risk controls

  • • Evaluate M&A opportunities, joint ventures, partnerships, and market expansions

  • • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product & Technology teams to model unit economics

  • • Lead pricing strategy, cost of commercialization, and profitability optimization

  • • Manage relationships with banks, statutory auditors, tax authorities, regulators, and financial institutions

  • • Ensure compliance with Indian & global accounting standards and stock-exchange regulations
  • Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) (CS / Legal qualification will be an added advantage)

  • • 16+ years of senior finance leadership experience (CFO / Divisional CFO)

  • • Experience in global industrial manufacturing organizations or listed Indian companies

  • • Strong exposure to Private Equity, Institutional Investors, Capital Markets, M&A, and Multi-plant operations

  • • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and enterprise-level reporting

  • • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, GAAP/Ind-AS, data analytics, and finance digital transformation

  • • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and board-level communication skills
