Chief Financial Officer

Role Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, you will be responsible for leading the Finance function during a high-growth phase. Your main focus will be on driving financial strategy, governance, profitability, capital management, and IPO readiness. You will work closely with promoters and leadership to scale the business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

• Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, compliance, audit, and financial reporting.

• Drive cash flow optimization, working capital management, and financial controls.

• Lead IPO readiness and filing activities, including due diligence and advisor coordination.

• Manage investor relations, board reporting, fundraising, and banking relationships.

• Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and growth.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization.

Qualification Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including a CFO/Finance Head role.

• Must have led or played a key leadership role in IPO filing and listing processes.

• Strong exposure to capital markets, investor relations, fundraising, and corporate governance.

• Proven expertise in FP&A, treasury, taxation, compliance, audit, and financial controls.

• Experience in scaling businesses and building robust finance processes.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with promoters, boards, investors, and external advisors. Role Overview:
