• Strategic Planning & Leadership: - Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth plans and strategic decisions. - Implement finance initiatives that enhance value creation and business transformation.

• Financial Management: - Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
- Optimize capital structure, manage working capital, and improve financial performance.
• Operational Efficiency: - Enhance internal finance operations and systems.

- Supervise functions like payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
- Drive process improvements through automation and best practices.
• Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate key financial risks such as FX and credit risks.

- Ensure compliance with financial laws, strong governance, and internal controls.
- Manage insurance and corporate risk coverage effectively.
• Stakeholder Management & Investor Relations: - Serve as the primary interface with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Present financial results, business outlooks, and strategies to stakeholders.
- Develop an investor relations strategy to support fundraising and market positioning.
• IPO Preparation & Capital Markets: - Prepare the organization for IPO readiness and public market listing.

- Coordinate with external advisors, investment bankers, and legal counsel.
- Align corporate structure and investor expectations with IPO objectives.
• Commercials, Legal & Compliance: - Manage tax planning, legal contracts, and regulatory compliance.

- Provide insights on M&A due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
• MIS & Reporting: - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of internal MIS and statutory reports.

- Lead financial analytics, performance monitoring, and audit processes.
• Team Leadership: - Mentor and lead finance and legal teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Requirements: - Mandatory qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 1215 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

• Prior exposure to services-based industries preferred.

• Proven track record in investor relations and IPO preparation.

• Expertise in corporate finance, legal compliance, and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in financial ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
