As the CFO at our organization in Pune, Maharashtra, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial landscape and driving growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, financial management, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder management, IPO preparation, legal compliance, and team leadership.   • Strategic Planning & Leadership: - Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth plans and strategic decisions. - Implement finance initiatives that enhance value creation and business transformation.
  • Financial Management: - Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

  • - Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
    - Optimize capital structure, manage working capital, and improve financial performance.

  • Operational Efficiency: - Enhance internal finance operations and systems.

  • - Supervise functions like payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
    - Drive process improvements through automation and best practices.

  • Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate key financial risks such as FX and credit risks.

  • - Ensure compliance with financial laws, strong governance, and internal controls.
    - Manage insurance and corporate risk coverage effectively.

  • Stakeholder Management & Investor Relations: - Serve as the primary interface with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

  • - Present financial results, business outlooks, and strategies to stakeholders.
    - Develop an investor relations strategy to support fundraising and market positioning.

  • IPO Preparation & Capital Markets: - Prepare the organization for IPO readiness and public market listing.

  • - Coordinate with external advisors, investment bankers, and legal counsel.
    - Align corporate structure and investor expectations with IPO objectives.

  • Commercials, Legal & Compliance: - Manage tax planning, legal contracts, and regulatory compliance.

  • - Provide insights on M&A due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.

  • MIS & Reporting: - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of internal MIS and statutory reports.

  • - Lead financial analytics, performance monitoring, and audit processes.

  • Team Leadership: - Mentor and lead finance and legal teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • - Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and develop succession plans.

    Qualifications and Requirements: - Mandatory qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

  • • Prior exposure to services-based industries preferred.
