About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in leading the financial operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. You will be tasked with providing leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team while driving the companys financial strategy and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

  • • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • • Provide insights and recommendations for business growth and profitability.

  • • Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

  • • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.

  • • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • • Ensure adherence to statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  • • Manage audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors.

  • • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

  • • Build a high-performance culture within the department.

  • • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial alignment.
  • Investor & Stakeholder Management:

  • • Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • • Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial negotiations.

  • • Manage banking relationships and funding requirements.

  • • Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Qualification Required:

  • • 1015+ years of experience in finance & accounting.

  • • Proven experience in a leadership role (CFO / Finance Head / Controller).

  • • Strong financial analysis and strategic thinking.

  • • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

  • • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and taxation.

  • • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

  • • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
