About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our EPC client in Hyderabad, your role is critical in driving strategic financial planning, fundraising, treasury management, compliance, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for leading the overall finance function and ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, and Compliance functions.

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growth.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting processes.

• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

• Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and senior leadership.

• Oversee fundraising activities, debt management, working capital optimization, and capital allocation.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, taxation, and corporate governance requirements.

• Lead risk management initiatives and enhance internal controls.

• Support M&A activities, business expansion, and strategic investments.

• Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and financial operational excellence.

Qualifications Required:

• CA qualification is mandatory.

• 18 years of experience in Finance Leadership roles with at least 5 years as CFO, Finance Head, or Senior Finance Leader.

• Strong expertise in Financial Strategy & Planning, Fundraising, Treasury Management, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Risk Management, and M&A.

• Experience in Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, EPC, Industrial, or Large Corporate environments preferred.
