Chief Financial Offcer

The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects. This role involves providing strategic financial leadership, managing financial planning and analysis, ensuring robust corporate governance, and driving financial performance. The CFO will work closely with the Managing Partners, practice leaders, and external stakeholders to support the Company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy to support overall business objectives and growth initiatives.

- Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to provide insights and recommendations to management.

- Manage the firm's accounting, tax, and treasury functions to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and reporting requirements.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard the firm's assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.

- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.

- Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to ensure access to capital and optimize financial performance.

- Provide financial due diligence and support for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions to maximize value creation.

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and ethical business practices to maintain the firm's reputation and integrity.

- Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premier institution.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
