About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability and sustainable growth. Additionally, you will support pricing, product expansion, and market entry strategies with sound financial modeling.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day finance functions including accounting, taxation, AR/AP, and treasury

• Implementing scalable financial systems and controls to support business growth

• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with statutory and investor requirements

You should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-14 years of post-qualification experience

• Prior experience in D2C/Retail/e-commerce or start-up environments is highly desirable

• Proven track record of leading finance in high-growth, digitally led businesses

• Strong command of financial modeling, analytics, and strategic planning

• Experience with ERP/Accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
