About the Role

As the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at EcoEx, a Waste Management Agency (WMA) in New Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing financial operations to ensure the financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring financial compliance. Additionally, you will analyze financial data, develop strategies to enhance financial performance, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. Collaboration with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives will also be a key aspect of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage and oversee financial operations

  • • Prepare financial statements and conduct financial reporting

  • • Budgeting and financial planning

  • • Ensure financial compliance

  • • Analyze financial data and develop strategies to enhance financial performance

  • • Provide financial insights to support business decisions

  • • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting

  • • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance management

  • • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning

  • • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus

  • • Experience in waste management or a related industry is an advantage
