About the Role

**About Vahani Scholarship Trust

Vahani Scholarship today stands as one of the leading education scholarships in India. Vahani was founded in 2015 on a simple but radical belief: that education is a basic human right. We find the brightest students from the most under-resourced corners of the country, young people with the grades, the grit and the hunger to change their worlds, and we give them what they need to do it. Every Vahani Scholar receives a fully funded undergraduate degree at one of India's top universities, alongside a structured programme of mentorship, leadership development, English and digital literacy, internships, and personal support with the world-leading mentors and institutions.

A decade in, Vahani has built a renowned and unique model that goes beyond a traditional non-profit. We have supported scholars from 31 states and union territories with 87%. in their Class 12 boards and a household income averaging ₹70,967 a year. They have gone to AIIMS, IITs, NITs, NIDs, NIFTs and leading law, humanities and management institutions. They have become software engineers, data analysts, doctors, and lawyers in leading organisations such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Samsung. Our alumni are already strengthening the organisation and giving back, mentoring the next cohort, raising funds, and carrying the Vahani mission into their own communities.
