We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a rapidly growing multi-sports youth training academy network in India. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale expansion, build strategic partnerships with leading international sports brands, and shape the future of youth sports development in the country.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive long-term business strategy and expansion across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities

- Lead P&L management, revenue growth, and operational profitability

- Build and mentor high-performing leadership and operational teams

- Oversee multi-location academy operations with focus on quality and customer experience

- Strengthen partnerships with sports brands, athletes, sponsors, and industry stakeholders

- Lead brand positioning, enrollment growth, and community engagement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of leadership experience in sports, fitness, vocational education, or large customer-facing multi-site businesses

- Strong expertise in business growth, operations, sales & marketing, and financial management

- Proven ability to lead large teams and scale businesses sustainably

- Exposure to sports development, athlete training ecosystems, or strategic partnerships is preferred

- Postgraduate qualification/MBA preferred
