About the Role
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization. The CEO will be responsible for defining the company’s strategic direction, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performance leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy
• Identify growth opportunities in IT, enterprise software, and global markets
• Drive innovation and competitive positioning
Business Growth . Revenue
• Scale the business to achieve aggressive revenue targets
• Develop partnerships, alliances, and investor relationships
• Expand into new markets (India . international)
Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations across development, sales, marketing, and support
• Ensure efficient processes and high productivity
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and profitability
Product . Technology Oversight
• Guide IT services strategy and roadmap
• Ensure continuous innovation and feature enhancement
• Align technology with business goals
Team Leadership
• Build and lead a strong leadership team
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance
• Drive employee engagement and talent development
Financial Management
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure strong cash flow and cost optimization
• Lead fundraising and investor relations (if applicable)
Key Requirements
• 10. years in software development
• Proven experience in leadership roles (CEO / COO / Business Head)
• Track record of scaling a technology business
