About the Role

Job Description: Role Overview: As a Chief Executive Officer at one of the esteemed clients in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation, scaling operations, and strengthening market leadership. Your strategic leadership will define and execute the organization's long-term vision, growth strategy, and business roadmap. You will be based in Maharashtra, leading a high-performing team towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the organization's long-term vision, growth strategy, and business roadmap.

• Own and drive overall financial performance, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.

• Identify new market opportunities, expand service offerings, and strengthen client relationships across geographies.

• Oversee large-scale, manpower-intensive operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with the Board, investors, and key clients to align business objectives and drive value creation.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership teams across functions and regions.

• Establish robust systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support scalable growth.

• Strengthen the organization's brand and market leadership within the IFM ecosystem.
Qualification Required: - Proven experience in a CEO / Business Head / P&L leadership role within IFM, Facility Management, or other manpower-intensive industries.
• Strong track record of scaling businesses, driving profitability, and managing large teams.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multi-location operations and complex service delivery models.

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and commercial acumen.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• Experience working with investors/boards is highly preferred. Job Description:
