Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development Strategy

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in:

• Green Hydrogen

• Green Methanol

• Green Ammonia

• Electrolyser manufacturing

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with:

• Government authorities

• EPC companies

• OEMs

• Public Sector Units (PSUs)

• Industrial clients and utilities

• Global hydrogen technology players

• Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with:

• Company goals

• Market expansion plans

• Drive sales growth through:

• Targeted outreach

• Market mapping

• Competitor analysis

• High-value deal closures

• Represent the organization in:

• Industry forums

• Hydrogen alliances

• Policy discussions

• Position the company as a leader in the green energy sector

2. Tenders . Proposal Management

• Lead and manage the complete tender lifecycle for:

• Green Hydrogen projects

• Electrolyser systems

• Related infrastructure

• Coordinate with internal teams:

• Engineering

• Finance

• Legal

• Prepare and review:

• BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

• Technical documentation

• Compliance matrices

• Ensure all submissions:

• Meet client specifications

• Are technically accurate

• Are commercially competitive

• Develop competitive pricing strategies

• Lead negotiations for large-scale hydrogen project bids

3. Technical-Commercial Expertise

• Analyze and interpret technical documentation related to:

• ALK and PEM electrolysers

• Balance of Plant (BoP) systems

• Hydrogen storage and downstream applications

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure:

• Technical robustness

• Commercial viability

• Lead commercial modelling, including:

• CAPEX and OPEX analysis

• IRR calculations

• Revenue and turnover projections

• LCOH (Levelized Cost of Hydrogen)

• Multi-scenario business planning

• Manage:

• Commercial negotiations

• MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding)

• NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)
