About the Role

As a visionary and execution-focused Chief Digital Officer (CDO), you will play a critical role in leading the organization's digital strategy, online business growth, marketing, and platform innovation. Your expertise in capital markets, digital brokerage platforms, and fintech ecosystems will be essential in defining and implementing high-impact strategies to drive business development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with overall business objectives. - Develop long-term digital growth strategies to strengthen the firm's market leadership in the online broking ecosystem. - Drive digital-led business development initiatives to expand the firm's customer base and revenue streams.

  • • Lead the growth and expansion of the firm's online trading platforms, mobile applications, and digital investment solutions.

  • • Lead digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance marketing initiatives.

  • • Work closely with technology teams to design, build, and enhance digital trading products and tools.

  • • Champion a customer-first approach across all digital touchpoints.

  • • Build and lead diverse, high-performing teams across digital business, product, marketing, and strategy functions.
  • Skills & Competencies: - Strong expertise in digital strategy, business development, and growth within capital markets or financial services.

  • • Deep understanding of online broking platforms, fintech ecosystems, and digital customer acquisition models.

  • • Proven track record in scaling digital platforms and building successful online businesses.

  • • Experience leading large cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and technology.

  • • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution capabilities.
  • Qualifications & Experience: - 18-25 years of experience in digital business, marketing, product, or strategy within financial services or fintech.

  • • Strong exposure to broking, capital markets, online trading platforms, or wealth-tech ecosystems.

  • • Demonstrated experience in scaling digital platforms and driving online business growth.

  • • Proven leadership in building and managing diverse, high-performing teams.

  • • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
