Chief Architect

Chief Architect - Platform & Infrastructure (Newly Formed Institution)

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Define and govern enterprise-wide technology architecture, standardized protocols, multi-tenant platform, reference models, and integration standards across all platforms, ensuring interoperability, reuse, regulatory alignment, and adherence to target-state architecture, with proven experience and ownership in integration of multi-platform solutions using standardized protocols and frameworks.

- Drive the design and implementation of the core architecture platform, including architecture blueprints, technology selection, platform patterns, protocol compatibility, and roadmap for scalable, resilient, and future-ready digital ecosystem.

- Guide end-to-end architecture for all digital products and services by embedding scalability, security-by-design, performance, data architecture, and cloud-native principles into solution design and delivery.

- Establish and operationalize architecture governance through architecture review boards, design authorities, standards, and compliance checkpoints to ensure consistency across programs and optimal technology adoption.

- Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, platform, data, and cybersecurity teams to ensure architecture alignment with cooperative banking regulatory frameworks.

Professional Experience:

- Experience in enterprise / integration architecture or similar technology.

- Proven experience in defining integration & solution architecture for large-scale digital platforms & integration ecosystems.

- Strong exposure to cloud, microservices, API-led architecture, and security-by-design principles along with CBS integration & payments ecosystem experience.

Educational Qualifications:

- Mandatory: Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
