Chief Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Architect to define and lead the overall technical vision and architecture of our AI-driven SaaS platform. This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while driving innovation across AI/ML, data platforms, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the end-to-end architecture strategy for AI-powered SaaS products

- Lead design of scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native platforms

- Architect AI/ML pipelines, data platforms, and real-time analytics systems

- Drive technology roadmap, aligning with business and product strategy

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and performance

- Establish best practices for microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in AI and cloud ecosystems

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

- Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams

- Oversee architecture governance, standards, and reviews

- Manage technical debt and system evolution strategies

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture

- Proven experience as a Chief Architect / Principal Architect / CTO-level leader

- Strong expertise in AI/ML systems and data engineering pipelines

- Deep knowledge of SaaS architecture and multi-tenancy models

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture

- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, etc.)

- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.)

- Expertise in API design, system integration, and scalability patterns

- Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy frameworks

- Experience leading large engineering teams and cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building AI-first SaaS products at scale

- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle management

- Knowledge of GenAI / LLM architectures and applications

- Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise SaaS environments

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science; PhD is a plus
