Role Overview :

You will lead the transformation of 10+ year legacy systems into modular, scalable architectures designed for AI-driven execution.

What Youll Do :

- Agent-Operable Architecture

- Break down monoliths into modular, agent-readable systems

- Drive modernization using the Strangler Pattern

- Implement SOLID principles, Dependency Injection & Hexagonal Architecture

- Agentic Framework & MCP Leadership

- Design AI context layers (Skills, Rules, Commands)

- Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces

- Lead contract-first API architecture for AI-agent interaction

- Engineering Governance

- Act as gatekeeper for AI-generated code

- Enforce TDD and robust testing frameworks

- Optimize agent workflows for speed, cost & reliability

What Were Looking For :

- 15+ years in software architecture / platform engineering

- Strong experience modernizing complex legacy systems

- Hands-on expertise in TypeScript, .NET, Node.js

- Deep understanding of distributed systems & API design

- Experience with LLMs, AI-assisted development, or agentic systems

- Strong bias for clean, scalable, production-grade systems

Nice to Have :

- Experience with global or remote teams

- Background in SaaS transformation or high-growth environments

- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous setups
