• Proven financial leadership experience within the industry.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance functions to drive financial results.

• Track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
