About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be joining IMW Engineering Private Limited, a rapidly growing precision engineering and manufacturing company. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a crucial role in leading the financial operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and long-term strategy. Your strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to drive financial performance and business growth will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • • Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting

  • • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory requirements

  • • Implement strong internal controls and financial discipline

  • • Manage banking, cash flow, working capital, and financial risk

  • • Evaluate investments, costing, and profitability

  • • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

  • • Support expansion, capital expenditure, and modernization projects

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

  • • 520+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts

  • • Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, MIS, costing, and compliance

  • • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
