About the Role

As a Finance Head at Techni Plast Pvt Ltd (TPPL) in Sonipat, Haryana, your role will involve overseeing and strengthening the financial operations, controls, and strategic planning of the company. Your expertise in financial discipline, strategic insights, and governance will be crucial in supporting the next phase of growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Oversee overall finance, accounts, taxation, and compliance functions

  • • Strengthen financial controls, policies, and governance framework

  • • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships

  • • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  • • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors

  • • Manage MIS reporting and financial analysis for management decision-making

  • • Ensure statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.

  • • Evaluate capex proposals and investment decisions

  • • Support fundraising, term loans, working capital, and project finance

  • • Supervise accounts team and improve financial processes

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • • CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred

  • • 20+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts

  • • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

  • • Experience in working with banks and financial institutions

  • • Prior experience as Finance Head / CFO / Senior Finance Leader preferred

  • • Retired or semi-retired professionals welcome

  • • Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial controls

  • • Experience in ERP systems and MIS reporting
