About the Role

As a Finance Head at Techni Plast Pvt Ltd (TPPL), a leading manufacturer of rigid packaging solutions in Sonipat, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and strengthening the financial operations, controls, and strategic planning of the company.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee overall finance, accounts, taxation, and compliance functions to ensure smooth operations - Strengthen financial controls, policies, and governance framework for effective financial management - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and maintain healthy banking relationships

  • • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business growth

  • • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors for financial transactions and audits

  • • Manage MIS reporting and financial analysis for informed decision-making by the management

  • • Ensure statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc. to adhere to regulations

  • • Evaluate capex proposals and investment decisions to support company growth

  • • Support fundraising, term loans, working capital, and project finance for financial stability

  • • Supervise accounts team and improve financial processes for efficiency

    • Qualifications Required: - CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred

  • • 20+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts

  • • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

  • • Experience in working with banks and financial institutions

  • • Prior experience as Finance Head / CFO / Senior Finance Leader preferred

  • • Retired or semi-retired professionals welcome

  • • Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial controls

  • • Experience in ERP systems and MIS reporting
