Qualification : Ph.D in Management (Mandatory)

Experience : Minimum 15-20 years in higher education, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (Director / Dean or equivalent)

Role Summary:

The Director Educational Institute will be responsible for providing strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the institution. The role ensures academic excellence, regulatory compliance, institutional growth, and effective governance in alignment with the vision and objectives of the institute.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Institutional Planning


  • Develop and implement long-term institutional strategies and academic roadmaps.
    Align institutional goals with management vision and regulatory frameworks.
  • Academic Leadership & Quality Assurance


  • Ensure high standards in teaching, learning, research, and evaluation processes.
    Monitor academic performance and faculty effectiveness.
  • New Courses, Programs & Academic Expansion


  • Identify opportunities for new programs and academic expansion as per market and regulatory needs.
    Drive innovation and academic diversification.
  • Accreditations, Affiliations & Approvals


  • Lead accreditations (NAAC, NBA, etc.) and manage university affiliations and statutory approvals.
    Ensure timely renewals and compliance documentation.
  • Regulatory & Statutory Compliance


  • Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, State Government, University, and other regulatory bodies.
    Coordinate inspections, audits, and statutory submissions.
  • Administration & Operations


  • Oversee academic and administrative operations for smooth institutional functioning.
    Implement effective systems, processes, and internal controls.
  • Financial Oversight & Resource Management


  • Plan, monitor, and control budgets and institutional finances.
    Ensure efficient utilization of resources and financial discipline.
  • Admissions, Marketing & External Relations


  • Guide admissions strategy, marketing initiatives, and institutional branding.
    Build strong relationships with industry, academia, and external stakeholders.
  • Student Welfare & Campus Culture


  • Ensure student welfare, discipline, grievance redressal, and campus harmony.
    Foster an inclusive and positive academic environment.
  • Infrastructure, Systems & Technology


  • Oversee infrastructure development and technology integration to support academic excellence.
    Ensure facilities meet regulatory and operational requirements.
