Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Campus Director to lead our B-School in Noida. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive academic excellence, scale admissions, strengthen industry connect, and position the institute as a preferred destination for management education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end campus operations including academics, administration, admissions, and placements
- Drive enrolment growth through strong outreach, branding, and conversion strategies
- Strengthen corporate relations to enhance internships, live projects, and final placements
- Ensure delivery of industry-relevant, high-quality academic programs
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing faculty and leadership team
- Enhance student experience, outcomes, and campus culture
- Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditations, and academic governance
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and overall financial performance of the campus
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry, institutions, and stakeholders
- Drive brand visibility and positioning in a competitive education market
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15- 20 years of experience in higher education, preferably in B-School leadership roles
- Proven track record in admissions growth, placements, and campus management
- Strong industry network and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Experience managing large teams and multi-functional operations
Qualifications:
- MBA / PhD from a reputed institution (preferred)
