Salary for CA : Upto 15 LPA

Job Summary:

Grrowwide is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our expanding virtual CFO services team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic advisory while working with a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality virtual CFO services.

Responsibilities:

1.      Financial Accounting and Reporting.

2.      Support month-end and year-end closing processes

3.      Prepare Management Information Reports (MIS)

4.      Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis

5.      Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

6.      Support cash flow management and working capital analysis

7.      Assist in implementing internal controls

8.      Compliance with various Accounting and Tax Laws

Qualifications:

1.      Semi qualified with 7-10 years of experience

2.     CA qualified with relevant experience or knowledge.

3.      Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

4.      Familiarity with accounting software.
