Head of analytics for proposition and customer analytics
12+ years of experience spanning across analytics, data science
Preferred experience in area of customer analytics, marketing and growth analytics
Education in engineering, mathematics or statistics with a tier 1 institution
Banking experience is preferred but it will be ideal for candidate to have worked across industries in domain of analytics and customer insights
Responsibilities would include leading a 20+ member analytics unit working with head of marketing, propositions and campaigns team to define various customer segments, generate insights to define the right proposition
Works with product and market research team to supplement primary research with data driven insights for sharper definitions of customer propositions
Drive organizational expertise in use of alternate data, high frequency internal data to enrich our understanding of the customer
