About the Role

Role Overview:
As an Audit Director at Elevate LLC, you will provide senior-level oversight of U.S. audit engagements and offshore audit delivery. Your main focus will be on quality oversight, technical leadership, people development, and collaborating closely with U.S. partners and engagement leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Provide strategic oversight of multiple U.S. audit engagements

  • • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and firm quality standards

  • • Review complex audit areas and financial statement disclosures

  • • Partner with U.S. leadership on engagement planning, resourcing, and delivery

  • • Lead quality initiatives and continuous process improvement
  • Team Leadership & People Management:

  • • Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and senior staff

  • • Drive performance management, coaching, and capability development

  • • Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across audit teams
  • Qualifications:

  • • 12+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting

  • • CA/CPA preferred but not required

  • • Deep technical expertise in U.S. auditing standards and complex audit matters

  • • Proven leadership and cross-border collaboration experience
