Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee and optimize P&L performance, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact client solutions, leveraging CRM systems to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnership value.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the team.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools
