About the Role

As a GDS TechOps Associate Director at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the delivery of services across incident, problem, service request, change, and service level management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring successful execution and delivery of all engagements, driving growth opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelors degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences

  • • At least 15 years of working experience, with a minimum of 8 years as a Techno Function leader

  • • Expertise in one of the SAP modules ABAP, FICO, SD, MM, SCM, etc

  • • Experience in Solutioning and Designing

  • • 2-3 years of experience in system implementation/rollout

  • • Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology

  • • Proven track record in managing large-scale applications in a complex, multi-platform environment

  • • Extensive experience in service delivery management, client management, and project management in a global setting

  • • Relevant Service Delivery Certifications (i.e., ITIL, PMP, etc)
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Application Management team, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contribute to revenue growth, and create solutions with compelling value propositions for clients

  • • Technology Excellence: Stay ahead of new technologies, industry best practices, and market trends, drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies

  • • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, foster strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction

  • • Financial Management: Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to align with financial goals
