As a GDS TechOps Associate Director at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the delivery of services across incident, problem, service request, change, and service level management. Qualifications Required:
• Bachelors degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences• At least 15 years of working experience, with a minimum of 8 years as a Techno Function leader• Expertise in one of the SAP modules ABAP, FICO, SD, MM, SCM, etc• Experience in Solutioning and Designing• 2-3 years of experience in system implementation/rollout• Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology• Proven track record in managing large-scale applications in a complex, multi-platform environment• Extensive experience in service delivery management, client management, and project management in a global setting• Relevant Service Delivery Certifications (i.e., ITIL, PMP, etc)Key Responsibilities:
