About the Role

As an Associate Director in Supply Chain at Nagarro, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

Role Overview: You will serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader for clients on Supply Chain Optimization and Integrated Business Planning initiatives. This includes leading high-impact supply chain diagnostics, planning-led optimization programs, and transformation engagements. You will also be responsible for defining and activating go-to-market strategies for integrated supply chain solutions aligned to industry verticals and buyer personas. Additionally, creating intellectual property frameworks and publishing thought leadership to establish Nagarros point of view on AI-driven supply chain transformation will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Define and deliver AI-led solutions such as demand forecasting, network optimization, and predictive inventory management

  • • Close lighthouse clients, including at least one Fortune 1000 organization

  • • Drive measurable business outcomes, targeting double-digit improvements in KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, cost-to-serve, and fill rate

  • • Lead organizational change and adoption strategies to embed AI-enabled decision-making

  • • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across supply chain, IT, finance, and commercial teams

  • • Design and deliver training programs and stakeholder engagement plans to maximize transformation ROI

  • • Provide leadership during discovery, advisory, presales, and early delivery phases

  • • Collaborate with internal engineering, data science, and consulting teams to shape viable and scalable solutions

  • • Mentor and enable the Supply Chain Center of Excellence by sharing domain expertise and commercial insights

  • • Champion best practices in supply chain strategy, planning, analytics, and transformation execution

  • • Act as a strategic visionary, connecting supply chain initiatives to long-term enterprise value and sustainability goals

    • Qualification Required: - Total experience of 15+ years

  • • Entrepreneurial leader with experience in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology

  • • Strong expertise in Account Management and Business Development

  • • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain strategy and planning

  • • Experience working with APS platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, Anaplan, Blue Yonder

  • • MBA or equivalent preferred; technical or engineering background is a strong plus
