Your work profile**

• Lead end-to-end SAP Treasury . Risk Management (TRM) implementations across multiple clients and industries, including greenfield, brownfield, rollout, migration, and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

Own delivery governance for large and complex Treasury transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution

Drive treasury process transformation covering Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Bank Communication Management, Debt . Investment Management, and Risk Management

Define implementation strategies, delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices aligned with business and treasury objectives

Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies, project governance standards, and quality processes

Lead program planning, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting across engagements

Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Banking, and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Controllers, Treasury Heads, and senior business stakeholders

Conduct executive workshops, treasury transformation discussions, solution design sessions, and steering committee meetings

Manage client escalations, project risks, dependencies, and executive communications effectively

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support account growth, repeat business, and strategic partnerships

Collaborate closely with business, finance, treasury, and IT teams to align SAP Treasury solutions with enterprise objectives

Provide thought leadership on treasury optimization, liquidity management, banking integration, and financial risk management

Key skills required

• 12. years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Treasury . Risk Management (TRM)

+ Proven experience delivering a minimum of 7 end-to-end SAP Treasury . Risk Management implementations
+ Strong expertise in:

• Cash Management

• Liquidity Planning

• Bank Communication Management (BCM)

• Debt . Investment Management

• Hedge Management

• Financial Risk Management

• Treasury Operations and Controls

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management solutions

• Deep understanding of treasury business processes, banking operations, and financial instruments

• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, banking interfaces, payment processing, and external banking systems

• Experience in treasury transformation, process optimization, and automation initiatives

• Preferably domain experience within the Insurance industry

• Strong client-facing consulting experience with executive stakeholder management

• Experience working within global consulting organizations or large-scale enterprise delivery environments

• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

• Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented and transformation-driven mindset

• Ability to balance delivery excellence with client and business objectives

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities

• Strong collaboration and team management skills across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

• Open to travel as required for client engagements and project delivery activities.
