About the Role

Description :

- Deliver innovative, complex features and enhancements for our Enterprise Systems Domain working cross functionally with product management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, and other product development teams.

- Provide an architectural strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals by collaborating with product management, enterprise architecture, and business partners.

- Focus on providing Finance, HR and Corporate System, system integration, and related technology expertise and thought leadership on design, architecture, and platform build out of the customer facing as well as backend solutions.

- Lead managers and engineers and interacts with other cross functional teams like Product Management, Project Management, and Operations teams etc. to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.

- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies and the company's goals in addition to industry knowledge.

- Build a culture of engineering excellence (quality, performance, resilience, security, etc.) in your team and for the entire organization.

- Drive the definition and adoption of world class engineering, software development automation, testing and deployment processes.

- Build a customer focused, data driven innovation mindset cross-functional. Strong interpersonal skills to drive positive change.

- Bring new ideas, trends and ways of working to enable technological transformation.

- Develop AI-based solutions to enhance customer experience and conversion.

- Strong technical depth and vision for this domain, developing the next generation platforms for scalability/reliability.

- Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to coordinate multiple product and technical teams by removing roadblocks and solving complex problems collaboratively.

- Ability to navigate large organizations, develop strong business partner relationships and build networks.

- Outstanding influencing, communication, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams, effective project management & analytical/decision-making skills.

- Experience with Oracle Platforms, both Fusion and on Prem solutions, open-source technologies, public/private cloud technologies.

- Self-starter, high-energy, with the ability to execute business objectives.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are important.

- Visionary executive with solid experience overseeing a team of leaders who manage managers.

Whats needed- Basic Qualifications :

- 17+ years of experience in a related field OR a master's degree & 12+ years of experience in a related field.

- 12+ years of experience building and leading a high performing organization.

- Previous experience building and scaling systems.

- Experience with Oracle Finance and HR

- Experience with JAVA, REACT, event driven methodology, no-sql databases technology skills, Cloud technology (Azure and/or GCP) Front-end and back-end experience in building and scaling high performing systems.

Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with transformation from on premise Oracle Finance to Oracle Fusion

- Experience with Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Tempo

- Exposure to AI-based technologies is a plus.
