About the Role
As our new Associate Director of Training, you will be responsible for driving a culture of learning and performance excellence across the hotel. You will play a key role in developing our people, enhancing service standards, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
From designing impactful training programs to supporting leadership development and operational excellence, you’ll contribute directly to the hotel’s overall success.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who has progressed from frontline L&D delivery roles into supervisory training positions within hospitality or service-heavy industries, with hands-on experience designing curricula and coaching managers through behavior change.
