About the Role

Role Overview:
As an Associate Director of Meanstack at the company, you will lead one of the key product engineering teams reporting directly to the AVP of Engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of the company's business mission through the development of cutting-edge software products and solutions. You will own the product, plan and execute the product roadmap, provide technical leadership to the engineering team, collaborate with Product Management and Implementation teams, and recruit & lead a team of highly skilled software engineers.

  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 12 years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 5 years as an engineering leader in a software product company

  • • Deep technical knowledge in MEAN Stack, HTML/CSS, jQuery, PHP, JavaScript, Java, Python, OOPS, UI/UX design, AWS, Git, design framework, web services, JSON, AJAX, and frontend CSS frameworks like Bootstrap

  • • Experience in application architecture, server management, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and website performance

  • • Experience in MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS or Angular, and Node.js)

  • • Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, DynamoDB, etc.)

  • • Understanding of Database architecture design and programming templates, client-side and server-side procedures

  • • Experience in SaaS cloud-based platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

  • • Strong programming skills in MEAN stack, full stack, Angular, Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
