Associate Director - Marketing Operations

Role Overview:
As the Associate Director Marketing Operations at Accenture, you will be responsible for driving large-scale marketing operations delivery, client value realization, and team leadership across complex, global engagements. You will partner closely with client executives, Accenture leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategy into scalable, efficient, and high-performing operations. Your role will involve owning delivery excellence, talent strategy, operational innovation, and commercial outcomes while shaping the future of marketing operations for leading global brands. Your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems, organizing, categorizing, and publishing content and information using specific tools and channels for different groups and individuals within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive large-scale marketing operations delivery, client value realization, and team leadership

• Partner with client executives, Accenture leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategy into scalable, efficient, and high-performing operations

• Own delivery excellence, talent strategy, operational innovation, and commercial outcomes

• Manage and optimize marketing processes and systems

• Organize, categorize, and publish content and information using specific tools and channels

Qualifications Required:

• Any Graduation

• 1215+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, consulting, or agency environments

• Proven experience leading large, complex, global marketing operations programs

• Strong track record of senior client relationship management

• Deep understanding of marketing operations models and managed services delivery

• Experience with MarTech ecosystems (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Marketing Platform)

• Strong knowledge of campaign operations, content supply chains, CRM, and performance analytics

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence

• Strong people leadership and organizational management skills

• Strategic thinker with commercial and operational acumen

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)

• Consulting background within large professional services organizations (preferred)

• Experience with Agile marketing, automation, or AI-driven marketing operations (preferred) Role Overview:
