As a leader of the Fire Engineering team in India you will be working with a creative, innovative, multi-cultural and self-motivated team of fire safety consultants in India, the wider UK, Middle East and Africa teams, and globally. The successful candidate will complement our fire safety consultants by assisting with the implementation of fire engineering solutions and fire strategies across our projects. Due to our geographic location, we are very well positioned to work closely with our fire teams globally. It's an exciting time to be a part of our growth in India.

The Opportunity Arup Fire are seeking a dynamic individual to support the growth of our fire engineering team in India. The role will be to lead on developing technical solutions, leading our team of engineers, developing client relationships, contributing to tenders and market engagement activities, identifying and monitoring project leads and opportunities. You will take a lead on growing our fire engineering business in India working closely with our multi discipline teams across India, Middle East and Europe.
As a leader withing Arup and the Fire team, you will have strong meeting and negotiating skills and experience of leading project teams. You will be a team player capable of imparting knowledge and experience to other members of the team to grow and develop them under your support. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
