About the Role

As an Associate Director, Business Development & Client Excellence at EY, you will be a part of the National Markets team, specifically focusing on CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership in Mumbai. The National team comprises sector-agnostic teams working across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience. Your role will involve driving results for clients, the account/hunting team, and the Firm, with a focus on revenue accountability. Your responsibilities will include rigorous account planning and management, fostering client relationships, leveraging Firm initiatives for new business, and owning the business development/pursuit process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Drive results for clients, account/hunting team, and the Firm with revenue accountability

  • • Conduct rigorous account planning and management

  • • Foster relationships across client organizations to ensure satisfaction

  • • Leverage Firm initiatives for new business

  • • Own the business development/pursuit process

  • • Generate monthly revenue

  • • Lead account strategy

  • • Collaborate with Client Service Partners throughout the client lifecycle

  • • Share knowledge with the team

  • • Initiate and sustain C-suite relationships

  • • Ensure client satisfaction and pursue new business

  • • Develop account strategy

  • • Conduct team meetings

  • • Manage business development efforts

  • • Oversee the pipeline

  • • Hunt for new accounts, manage proposal development, and direct account coordinators
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • MBA from a premium or reputed college

  • • Over 12 years of experience

  • • Successful track record in hunting and developing C-level relationships

  • • Understanding of the tendering process

  • • Familiarity with trends creating value opportunities for clients

  • • Clear communication skills across various media

  • • Ability to build strategic relationships with partners and leadership

  • • Experience handling CEO/CFO relationships in the hunting/account market

  • • Strong understanding of clients in the northern region

  • • Exposure to businesses and consultative selling
