As an Associate Director of Product Management at Moody's, you will be responsible for driving the development and commercial success of Moody's cyber risk application suite. • 6+ years of experience in software product management, with a track record of delivering SaaS or enterprise applications• Strong understanding of agile software development practices and experience working with cross-functional engineering teams• Exceptional communication, presentation, and written skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from end-users to executives• Proven ability to gather and synthesize feedback from multiple sources into clear product requirements• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable components• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning using tools like JIRA• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities• Experience in the insurance, reinsurance, or cyber risk industry• Familiarity with cyber risk quantification, modeling, or related analytics• Background in customer-facing roles such as client services, solutions consulting, or technical account management• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiencyEducation:
