About the Role

As a MarTech Campaign Lead at EY, your role will involve leading Marketo and CJA projects to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Overseeing Customer Journey Analytics tool implementation and product usage across different countries and regions

  • • Driving and leading campaign management leveraging marketing technologies aligned with Martech strategy

  • • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant content, assets, and target audience parameters are received for campaign execution

  • • Acting as a Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert in Marketing Automation and Martech tools

  • • Providing regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of marketing automation campaigns

  • • Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives and campaigns

  • • Leading monthly connects with the iGTM stakeholders
  • To succeed in this role, you should have experience with MarTech tools, preferably in Adobe Marketo Engagend CJA, and familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices. You must also possess strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset. Additionally, you should have a university degree or college diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field and at least 9-10 years of experience in Digital/email marketing Strategy and leadership roles.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data management and analytics, storytelling and consulting skills, attention to detail, and be an organized self-starter who can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment. Technologies and tools you will work with include Marketo, workflow management tools, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CJA.
